About the Book

International law is that area of law which is always in the spotlight. It serves as the gateway of framing the policies at the global level.

Even though the traditional understanding of international law and the concepts related thereto still hold to a large extent, there are many developments over a period of time which seeks to make the understanding of this branch a very dynamic one. This book is primarily aimed at dealing with not only the set framework of international law, but also with such ever-evolving concepts and developments, which make this branch of law richer.
